I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you do not show up you will lose your deposit. Also, being more than 15 minutes late will result in loosing your deposit. Deposits are non refundable, but can be credited towards a future service if rescheduling 48 hours in advance(you will have to pay a new deposit but both will be credited towards service).
